Ministry of Agriculture -The Ministry's objectives include increasing food production, growth in agricultural employment, expansion of agricultural exports, resources conservation and poverty alleviation
Ministry of Education, Science and Technology -The primary function of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is to promote education in Kenya. The education sector takes up about 30% of recurrent government expenditure every year, the largest share of government spending in any sector. Much of this expenditure goes towards higher education and teacher training.
Ministry of Energy -The Ministry of Energy is charged with the responsibility of Energy Policy and Development, Hydro-Power, Geothermal Exploration and Development, Thermal Power Development
Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources -The Ministry of Environment & Natural Resources is charged with the responsibility of Environmental Policy, Environmental Impact, Assessments and Coordination Development of Forests, Reafforestation and Agroforestry
